*Group Leaders*

We find ourselves currently in the home stretch of project preparation. There are three items that are critical to our project preparation that I’ll need from you as soon as possible:

Transportation Information: What vehicles are you bringing, and who is available to drive. Please include individual cars and trucks in addition to vans & busses.

Group Information: Who is coming, what is their gender, age, grade, position (driver/crew chief etc). You can use the Group Information form in your Group Leader’s Manual, or use the form as a template to send information via email etc. This information and any updated changes to your list is mission critical. This is what we work off of to determine crews, housing, transportation needs and other important project administration.

Crew Encouragers: Crew Encouragers are the second adult leader on each crew in support of and addition to Crew Chief. We will need enough adults to fill this position on every crew throughout the project. So, if you have folks who love kids and would serve as a great encourager and support, please note this in your Group Information, or a separate email.

Many of you have already sent this information previously. If so, please just update me with any changes you have as you receive them.
